The model H-130 is a horizontal form fill and seal machine for cosmetics, chemical, candy, snacks, granular, liquid and powder products in a 3-side or 4-side seal bags. It can make bags up to 140mm W (5.5″) x 180mm L (7″),
The film roll is mounted at the bottom of the machine with our innovative simple structure design, with a set of dancer rollers to ensure the films tension when entering the forming device. The device forms the film into a tube shape, where it is sealed at the bottom (4 sided seal) and vertically respectively. The tube is cut into individual bags prior to filling for high quality seals which surpass vertical ffs. The product is then filled into the bag directly. Next, the bag is transferred by a gripper, sealed at the top and the packaging process is completed.
