Description
The Model L52 is a continuous cam-driven vertical form fill and seal for sachet packing of gel, lotion, shampoo, sauce, fruit jam, seasoning, and liquid products in three or four-side seal bag. It can make a bag up to W90 x L140mm.
The film reel is mounted on the top of the machine with our innovative film reel suspension, the dancer system ensures the film’s tension and stability of the reel unwind. The film passes the in-feed system and enters the forming device which forms into a tubular shape. It is sealed at the bottom and side by the sealing jaw system, the product is then drop into the bag through the forming tube where the draw off roller pair transport the film downwards with a constant force. The bag is sealed at the top and the rotary knife system cut off the tube into individual bags to complete the packaging process.
