Description
The Model R601 is an intermittent multi-lane form fill and seal with 4 or 6 lanes for snacks, cereal, coffee, drink mix, granular, liquid and powder products in pillow type stick pack. It can make a bag up to W40 x L180mm.
The reel film is mounted at the back of the machine with our innovative simply structure design, the tension roller assembly ensure the film’s tension and stability of the reel unwind mechanism. The film is slit by an active rotary cutter device and enter the forming devices by natural forming into a tube shape. It is sealed at the back by the vertical seal and drawn downward by the reciprocating transverse sealing mechanism which sealed the bag bottom. The product is then drop into the bag through the forming tube, sealed on the top and cut off to complete the packaging process.
